Erikan Ekefrey was born on April 16th 1981. A Nigerian from Akwa Ibom State He studied art at the Federal College of Education in Akoka, Lagos. Bodies of his works are in the Museum of Modern Art Equatorial Guinea and Several Galleries in the U.S.A and Africa.

Erikan’s medium of choice are Acrylic paint on canvas and mix media as his medium.  He was trained by his father Emmanuel Ekong Ekefrey who is a renowned Artist in Nigeria and Europe. Their technique is unique globally with majority depicting his cultural heritage distinct with non-figurative images to express feelings, motions and emotions.
